1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8e88v online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotions, and any other features or services offered at https://8e88v.pro ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 8e88v ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 8e88v Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8e88v operates a strict minimum age policy; players found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any balance may be withheld.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 8e88v or any of its affiliated companies, partners, or service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are uncertain about whether gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been barred from using 8e88v or any affiliated gaming platform.

8e88v reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure and withholding of any balance pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and betting markets on 8e88v, you must register a single personal account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account security:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. If you suspect that a duplicate account exists under your personal details, you must notify 8e88v support immediately. Operating multiple accounts is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8e88v will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or any other channel. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must notify 8e88v immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 8e88v accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

8e88v may require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage of your account's lifetime. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address. Payments may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

8e88v supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless separately communicated to you in writing by 8e88v for account-specific reasons.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits originating from an account held in a different name to the registered 8e88v account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance windows, or when additional verification is required. 8e88v shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account, subject to 8e88v's verification requirements. 8e88v reserves the right to require that a minimum wagering turnover has been met before processing a withdrawal of deposited funds.
• In the event that a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by a player through their payment provider without a corresponding dispute raised with 8e88v support first, 8e88v reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any associated winnings, and seek recovery of the reversed amount through available legal channels.

8e88v does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket under standard conditions. Fees applied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card network are outside 8e88v's control and are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8e88v offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. You may not sell, transfer, or assign a bonus or any rights arising from a bonus to any third party.
• 8e88v reserves the right to withdraw, void, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before its wagering requirement has been met, any remaining bonus balance will be removed and any winnings derived from that bonus will be voided.
• Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players. 8e88v reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where it reasonably believes that a player is exploiting promotional terms in bad faith, including through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or collusion with other players.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Additional bonuses are subject to individual eligibility criteria as specified in each promotion.

Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL, and T20 World Cup — are subject to their own specific promotional terms and time limits, which will be communicated at the point of offer. These promotions do not form part of any ongoing entitlement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8e88v Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and subsequently withdrawing them — whether or not any gaming activity takes place between deposit and withdrawal.
• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person or entity.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 8e88v, including automated betting systems, game-play bots, or screen-scraping tools.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share game information in real time, or otherwise act to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, including taking advantage of display errors, miscalculated odds, or system faults to place bets or claim winnings you would not otherwise be entitled to.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 8e88v staff, other players, or any third party encountered through the Platform's communication channels.

8e88v employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior notice, and 8e88v reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any balance associated with such accounts pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming

8e88v is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased, to prevent impulsive changes during a gaming session.
• Session reminders: You may configure time-based notifications that alert you after a chosen duration of continuous play. These reminders are designed to encourage regular breaks and mindful gaming habits.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting 8e88v support. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. Permanent exclusions are irreversible. During any self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform.
• Activity history: A complete, unmodified record of all bets, deposits, and withdrawals is available in your account at all times. This is provided to support informed decision-making about your gaming activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other materials available on the 8e88v Platform are the exclusive property of 8e88v or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 8e88v name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 8e88v. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 8e88v intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any use of the Platform beyond this limited licence — including scraping, data mining, framing, or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8e88v and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if 8e88v has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8e88v does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 8e88v takes all reasonable steps to ensure service availability and game integrity, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults, or events outside 8e88v's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

8e88v reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested by 8e88v, or provision of false, forged, or misleading documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or other conduct that may cause harm to 8e88v, other players, or third parties.
• Regulatory or legal requirement — including receipt of a lawful instruction from a competent authority requiring 8e88v to suspend or close the account.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of Terms may be forfeited in full.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

8e88v collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, personalise your experience, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud. 8e88v does not sell personal data to third parties. 12. Amendments to These Terms

8e88v reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8e88v will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or contact method on file. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly, as your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact 8e88v support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 8e88v will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to this agreement. Nothing in this clause prevents 8e88v from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
